Partner Programs

The spirit of collaboration Aurigene partners with Pharma and Biotechs for integrated Hit-Lead generation and Lead Optimization programs, to develop and deliver IP. Typical partnering programs include:
		Fully integrated hit-to-lead and lead optimization projects in which Aurigene manages the entire work program on behalf of the partner.
		Hit and lead optimization projects in which both the partner and Aurigene work on different chemical hit series against the same biological target. This enables the customer to assess a larger number of hits from its internal programs, and thereby enhance its chance of finding exploitable leads.
		Provision of back-up series that follow closely behind the partner’s first lead chemical series thereby allowing the client's valuable resource to focus on higher priority projects.
Aurigene’s focus is to create value for its partners and deliver IP on the partnered programs. Aurigene’s flexible business model allows for two partnering options. Aurigene is prepared to take all the discovery risks until certain pre-agreed levels (milestones) are reached. Alternatively, a discovery risk-share partnership through cost-sharing and milestone payments is also offered. With both options, Aurigene works exclusively with the partner on a target of interest.
