Cell Biology: Aurigene's Cell Biology includes a collection of primary & established cell lines including cell lines stably expressing molecular drug targets. These cell lines are routinely used for protein expression, establishment of cell-based assays and in vitro validation of the mechanism of action of candidate compounds.

In-vitro ADME/ Tox: The In-vitro ADME/Tox group performs the following screening assays in support of lead generation and optimization efforts.
