Veerendra has over 19 years of diverse industry experience from Pharma/Biotech, ITES, Infrastructure and Power sectors with exposure to Strategic HR, Organization Development, Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, HR Process Excellence and Compliance & Risk Management. Prior to Aurigene, Veerendra worked with GMR Group, Macmillan India Ltd. and RMZ Corp.
